FSB continues to lead the Brazilian market, according to the 2017 Brazilian Corporate Communication Annual Report, published by Mega Brasil. This is the sixth year in which the company shows the best performance among the agencies that operate in the country, by invoicing figures and collaborators. According to the study, which ranks the largest communication agencies in the country, FSB revenue was BRL 247 million in 2016.
The special publication features interviews with the directors and partners Flávio Castro and Diego Ruiz. Diego Ruiz spoke about investments in the creation and development of digital tools to personalize care, measure results and make internal processes more agile. “We navigate a volatile revolution, in which everything is transformed in an unprecedented speed,” he says.
The managing partner explained that FSB is based on partnerships with external developers who already have the tools, and creates, along with the supplier, unique features that will serve the diverse needs of customers. “We are self-sufficient, but we do not dominate all technology by ourselves. We created functionalities with external developers,” says Ruiz.
The Annual Report also features a FSB double page ad. Developed by FSB Publicidade, the add explains that the agency is reinventing itself to continue building relationships with different audiences.
